ParaLegAI is operated by Anterl, Inc. ("Anterl," "we," "us"). These terms govern your use of the ParaLegAI website at paralegai.app (the "Site") and the waitlist it offers. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

1. Pre-launch status

ParaLegAI is not yet generally available. The Site is a preview, and the waitlist is an expression of interest only. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or form a contract to provide the service. Features shown on the Site are illustrative and may change.

2. The waitlist

When you join the waitlist you may provide your name, work email, firm, and firm size. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. We may contact you about early access and related product updates. You can ask us to remove you at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or others' information, attempting to disrupt or probe the Site or its infrastructure, or using automated means to flood the waitlist. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, and the ParaLegAI name and marks, is owned by Anterl, Inc. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted by these terms or with our written permission.

5. No legal advice

ParaLegAI is a tool for legal professionals. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship. Any future product is intended to assist qualified professionals, who remain responsible for their own work product and professional judgment.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anterl, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
