This policy explains how Anterl, Inc. ("Anterl," "we," "us") handles the information you give us through the ParaLegAI website at paralegai.app, which today consists of a pre-launch waitlist.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your firm
- Your firm size
We do not run advertising trackers on the Site, and we do not ask for any client or case information. Standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamp) may be processed by our hosting and security providers to operate and protect the Site.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Contact you about early access to ParaLegAI and closely related product updates;
- Understand demand (for example, the mix of firm sizes interested); and
- Protect the Site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate the waitlist — for example, our hosting/automation infrastructure and the messaging tools we use to receive and act on signups. These providers process the data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Where it's processed
Your information is processed on infrastructure operated by us and our providers and may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable measures to protect it in transit and at rest.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist information until ParaLegAI launches and we have followed up with you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. After that we delete or anonymize it, except where we must retain records to comply with law.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email paralegai@anterl.com and we'll take care of it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. When ParaLegAI launches with accounts and document processing, we will publish a fuller policy covering those features.
